This blog was created to give details about my recent trip to see some of of my sponsored children.. These children are sponsored through Children International and they live in Colombia and the Domnican Republic. Their names are Kendry, Nicol, Andrea Carolina, Leonardo, Francisco, Yiseth, Nelson, Maria, and Bleidys. I was also able to visit a former sponsored child who lives in Colombia. Her name is Sonia. I was very excited and happy to be able to visit these children. This was my third trip to visit sponsored children and each time I come away with greater insights and understanding of their situation and how Children International is making a difference for them. I feel that being a child sponsor is a great opportunity to lend support and give friendship to a child in need. If you sponsor and have not visited but plan to, this blog may have some tips that you can use.
